Content Licensing for ACTRIS Subscribers

ACTRIS members have several options for obtaining MLS listing content to build a website, statistics tools, or other products that require access to MLS data feeds:

  • Third-Party Vendors
This option is for ACTRIS members who are interested in working with a third party technology provider, or if your broker is providing agents with a solution through a particular technology provider. To obtain the services of a third-party technology provider, please have your provider go through the MLS approval process.
  • In-House
If you or your in-house staff have technical expertise and will perform the development work yourself for a product that requires integration of the MLS data, please submit the In-House Content License Request Form. ACTRIS will review the request and, if approved, email an agreement for you to complete. Once the agreement is completed, the RETS account will be created.
  • Link to IDX Search
Members who already have a website and would like to add an IDX property search, at no extra cost, may access a free IDX iframe by logging in to Matrix, then clicking on the My Matrix tab > Settings > IDX Configuration. Refer to the IDX setup instructions to get started

Content Licensing for Vendors

To be considered as a third-party vendor with ACTRIS, a company must have at least one ACTRIS member client ready to sign up for their services. To get started, vendors may submit the Vendor Content License Request Form. ACTRIS will review the request and, if approved, send an agreement for the applicant to complete. ACTRIS licensing fees are available upon request.
