Glen was born less than a mile from where Route 66 begins in Chicago, maybe that’s why he is always looking ahead and searching for a better path. He is one of only a few REALTORS® in the country that marched with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. for Equal Housing Rights. The Equal Housing Laws have a special place in Glen's heart and now are included in every REALTOR® contract.
The construction of houses is a natural fit for him. Glen's first build was in 1987 and now has built more of them than most agents sell in 10 years. His housing knowledge extends beyond that of the most seasoned agent. He can design, draft blueprints and knows how to use every tool related to residential construction. Glen has created over a dozen proprietary housing indicators many of which are filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. On one of his applications, he submitted evidence of an imminent housing market crash. A few months later, people across the U.S. knew it as the 2008 Housing Bubble.
Glen has participated on a number of committees and task forces with ABoR which include the Budget Committee, CodeNEXT, Growth and Development Team, Investment Committee, Leasing and Property Management Committee, Strategic Planning Task Force and was the co-author of the 2017-2019 ABoR Strategic Plan.
