Member Types and Requirements
REALTORŪ Membership
Individuals who hold an active real estate license and are active in the real estate profession and its recognized branches are eligible for REALTORŪ membership. Individuals must be employed by or affiliated as an independent contractor with a Designated REALTORŪ who has an office that is open to the public for the conduct of real estate or appraisal business.
Total New Membership Dues for Primary Membership: $597.00
- Application fee: $200.00 (one-time fee)
- Orientation fee: $25.00 (one-time fee)
- ABoR Dues: $125.00 (annual; prorated monthly for new members)
- Mandatory Image Campaign Assessment: $30.00 (annual)
- NAR Dues: $110.00 (annual; prorated monthly for new members)
- TAR Dues: $107.00 (annual; prorated monthly for new members)
- Application fee: $200.00 (one-time fee)
- Orientation fee: $25.00 (one-time fee)
- ABoR Dues: $125.00 (annual; prorated monthly for new members)
- Mandatory Image Campaign Assessment: $30.00 (annual)
Designated REALTORŪ (DR) Membership
A sole proprietor, partner or corporate officer who holds an active Texas broker's license and is active in the real estate profession is eligible for Designated REALTORŪ membership. Individuals must have no record of official sanctions involving unprofessional conduct, and no recent or pending bankruptcy.

- ABoR Dues: $125.00 (annual; prorated monthly for new members)

Austin/Central Texas Realty Information Service Membership
Individuals who hold an active real estate license and are members of the National Association of REALTORSŪ may participate in the ACTRIS MLS. Multiple Listing Services are only available to secondary members if their Designated REALTORŪ belongs to ACTRIS.

Start-up fee: $170.56 for agents, $330.46 for Designated REALTORSŪ (DRs)
ACTRIS semiannual participation fees: $266.50 (prorated monthly for new members)
Optional ACTRIS Services: (sales tax included)
LMS semiannual: $42.64 with MLS subscription ($213.30 without MLS subscription)
Supra Activation: $108.25
Supra Semiannual Fee (Display Key): $84.11
Lockboxes (purchase as needed): $97.43

Affiliate Membership
Individuals engaged in business allied to real estate, but who do not hold an active real estate license are eligible for Affiliate membership. Affiliate members have interests in real estate related information, are in sympathy with the objectives of ABoR and may benefit from ABoR activities. The first person from a firm joins as a Corporate Affiliate, and other staff within that firm may then join as Individual Affiliates. Corporate affiliate status includes membership in the Austin Board of REALTORSŪ and Texas Association of REALTORSŪ. Individual affiliate status provides membership in the Austin Board of REALTORSŪ only.

Individual Affiliate: $25.00
REALTORŪ Assistant Membership
REALTORŪ assistants who do not hold an active real estate license or an appraiser license may access the MLS by completing a REALTORŪ Assistant Application. REALTORŪ assistant must be sponsored by a Designated REALTORŪ.
