Members:  Please inspect your purchased items upon purchase and receipt.

Merchandise Return Policy

  • Members may return items purchased from the store within a 30 day period.
  • Items must be unused and clean.
  • Members will receive a credit to their ABoR account for the amount of the refund.

Supra Lockbox Return Policy

  • Members may return Supra BT LE lockboxes purchased from the store within a 48 hour period.
  • The lockboxes must have no activity and be clean.
  • Member will receive a credit to their ABoR account for the amount of the refund or a check in the mail from the accounting department.
  • There will be a $25.00 restocking fee accessed at the time of the return.

Non-Working eKEY FOB

  • If at any point your eKEY FOB stops working and it is due to a manufacture error, ABoR will replace the eKEY FOB at no charge to the member after the following occur:
    • Simply return the non-working eKEY FOB for replacement to ABoR.
    • eKEY FOB must be in the condition received upon purchase.
    • Any physical damage to the eKEY FOB such as a cracked case or broken pieces will not be covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Dissatisfaction with eKEY FOB

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a full refund.
  • Return item(s) within 14 business days from the date of purchase.
  • If returning your purchase after the 14 business days a $25 restocking fee will apply.
  • Returned or exchanged eKEY FOB must be in the condition received upon purchase.
  • NO REFUNDS will be applied after 30 days of purchase.

ABoR Staff:  Store Staff will follow Price Identifier F762 Process Narrative: iBox Refund for reviewing activity on any returned box.
