ABoR supports our members who are dedicated to practicing commercial real estate , as they strive to increase their knowledge  network and earning potential. In addition to the commercial listing options in our Multiple Listing Service (MLS), REALTORS® have additional commercial resources at their fingertips, including the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM). ABoR assists CCIM, an NAR affiliate, in providing high quality education for commercial investment real estate professionals. Another valuable resource is the Central Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS®(CTCAR).

MLS Subscribers can easily send commercial listings to CommercialSource.com a national real estate Web site launched in 2008 by NAR’s commercial real estate division. Simply select “Yes” in the CommercialSource.com field in MLXchange to add your listing to the national commercial property search
