Agent Web Site Setup
With MLXchange Pro, you have your own ready-to-go agent Web site that is directly integrated with the
MLS, private client Web pages for automatically personalized customer communications and Internet lead
capture with instant e-mail notification to your cell phone or pager.
Complete instructions on how to set up your Web site are available in the
MLXchange Professional User Guide.
IDX/Internet Listing Display Links
If you have an existing Web site, you can easily add a property search.
Once you have logged in to MLXchange, go to the "Settings" menu option in the top right-hand corner.
Under "Personalize," select "Agent Webpage Setup." Then click "Website Domain." Your IDX/Internet Listing
Display link will be the second link in the list labeled "IDX Search Link."
Note: if you haven't previously visited the Agent Web Page Setup, you will be asked to complete
the site builder process (selecting a template and entering contact information) before you can
access the Web site Domain section.
The URL for your Agent Web Site is comprised of a secondary domain that prefixes ABoR's primary
MLXchange domain, actris.mlxchange.com. To personalize your IDX link, type your name in the Web
Page URL Prefix text box.
Please note the following guidelines for your URL Prefix:
- Use only letters, numbers, and dashes (-).
- A dash may not start or end the name.
- Cannot have more than 40 characters total.
- Do not start your Webpage URL Prefix with "www" or a number.
- Enter something that is meaningful and easy to remember.
"Contact Me" Web Inquiry Form link: The "Contact Me!" link is designed to replace your e-mail links on other Web sites that you may have in order to capture new leads. The difference between the "Contact Me!" link and an ordinary e-mail link is that every e-mail sent via the "Contact Me!" link will be funneled directly into your MLX Professional inbox and result in the automatic creation of a new client record.
