Access Instructions:

1. Use your Mac, PC or tablet to visit http://actris.mlxhelp.com and log in using your MLS username and password. |

2. Click the Data Co-op icon on the right side of the screen. |
 |
3. When you first log in to Data Co-op, you must zoom in the map to Central Texas. Select your business area, and Data Co-op will save this map view for the next time you log in. |

4. Enter search criteria and select "Update Results" to view your results on the map. |
 |
5. Results are displayed in bubbles on the map. Hover over a bubble for a property preview, and click the address to view all the available property information on a single screen. |
 |
6. One single screen integrates all the information you need, including property photos, MLS data, tax record details, foreclosure details, neighborhood demographics and schools, agent information, nearby comparable sales, property listing history, price and days on market analysis and market trends. |
