Bringing You the Most Accurate Property Information Available

The Austin Board of REALTORS® boasts one of the most technologically advanced Multiple Listing Service (MLS) systems in the nation. This property listing resource network is managed by the Austin/Central Texas Realty Information Service (ACTRIS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ABoR. The MLS is accessible to subscribers for a fee, where subscribers must be members of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and adhere to the ACTRIS Rules and Regulations. MLXchange Pro

MLXchange Pro is the primary source for MLS content and is included in MLS subscription fees. This Web-based system offers a robust Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) tool, customized Web sites for both clients and agents, enhanced search functions, expanded sorting options and driving directions that enable you to map multiple properties in the most efficient route. The MLXchange system also allows agents to provide their clients with personalized service while better managing their time.

The system also includes access to tax data through Realist, a product of First American CoreLogic, Inc. Realist brings agents timely, accurate information that is updated weekly directly from public records. Realist features comprehensive CMAs that include For Sale by Owner (FSBO) data, a powerful mapping solution, data exports for farming lists and mailing labels and multiple custom report options.

SAFEMLS

To access the MLS and LMS systems, agents must have a SAFEMLS token. Included as part of your MLS subscription, SAFEMLS tokens offer another way of safeguarding the valuable information you house in the MLS.

Pocket Real Estate Wireless

Available at no cost to ACTRIS participants, Pocket Real Estate Wireless enables you to present listings to clients from any location as well as access listings and photographs, calculate mortgages, view market statistics and save client profiles.

Supra
