Daylight Savings Effects Lockboxes
Daylight Savings begins on March 14 and will effect what times lockboxes can be accessed.
Unfortunately, lockboxes cannot be updated remotely; therefore, there is no way for the settings
to automatically be adjusted to accommodate Daylight Savings Time. The pre-programmed
settings on a lockbox must be manually adjusted by an ABoR member services representative.
Lockboxes are pre-programmed to open during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. This means
that when the time springs forward, lockboxes will actually be available for opening between 8:30
a.m. and 8:30 p.m.
Lockbox owners who wish to have their settings adjusted may bring their lockboxes to the ABoR
office located at 10900 Stonelake Blvd., Suite A-100, Austin, TX 78759-5826 between 9:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. A member services representative will be available to assist
you.
