The basic Mobile MLS service offers the convenience of searching the MLS for listings using any phone with a browser and Internet connection. With Mobile MLS, you can search by map, or enter criteria in the quick search or advanced search. Access an agent roster and the latest listings along with photos, showing instructions, days on market and remarks. From a specific listing, one click takes you to a map that pinpoints additional nearby listings.

Login instructions:

• On your phone, go to abor.com/mobile and click on MOBILE MLS


• Enter your MLS ID in the first field


• Enter your abor.com password (any letters must be entered in lower-case) in the second field

The basic Mobile MLS service is free to ACTRIS members. The vendor also offers a premium service, enabling you to provide a branded mobile listing search tool to your clients and prospective buyers so they can search and access public-facing listing information on their phone.
