As a subscriber of Austin/Central Texas Realty Information Services (ACTRIS), you also can subscribe to our key and lockbox service provided by GE Security Supra. Electronic keys allow you to access lockboxes which provide storage for property keys.
Subscribers have a choice between two types of keys: the ActiveKEY which is leased from Supra through ABoR, and the Electronic Key (eKEY), which is a PDA or Smart Phone owned by the agent. ABoR utilizes infrared lockboxes. If you experience issues with your lockbox service, you may contact Supra Support at 877/699-6787.
Electronic Key Products
ActiveKEY
The ActiveKEY system enables a cradle-free device to bring you real-time alerts each time an iBox (lockbox) is opened. ActiveKEYs are $90.00 plus tax every six months. Insurance is available for $12.00 plus tax every six months. The replacement cost for lost, stolen or damaged keys that are not protected by insurance is $249.00 plus tax.
eKEY
eKEY service on your PDA or Smartphone, allows you to open lockboxes. Two service levels are available through Supra. A $108.25 ABoR activation fee and a $50.00 Supra activation fee apply to either service. eKey service is billed monthly by Supra. Payments will be automatically deducted from your designated credit card. Insurance is not available for eKeys.
Services
Professional Service
This service allows members to retrieve the agent roster updated daily, view showing activities, view buyer profiles and hot sheets, and search/sort MLS listings by configuring a market area specific to that agent. This service is available for $31.35 (taxes included)..
Basic Service
This service allows an agent basic functions of accessing lockboxes from their PDA or Smartphone, including opening lockboxes and changing lockbox hours. This service is available for $18.97 (taxes included).
Lockboxes
Lockboxes are available for purchase at the Austin Board of REALTORS®, 10900 Stonelake Blvd., Suite 100, Austin, Texas. Each lockbox costs $90.00 plus tax.
