Troubleshooting Your dKey

The following tips may help you resolve a problem before contacting Supra Support.
  • Charge your Display Key.

  • Make sure all the connections between the Display Key (cradle, power source, and phone line) are secure and the Display Key is seated firmly in the cradle.


  • Perform a reset on the Display Key cradle by unplugging the cradle from the power outlet for 10 seconds.


  • If your Display Key is not updated, perform a manual eSYNC to update your Display Key.


  • If a function fails, verify you are entering the correct code and try the function again.


  • If you cannot access the lockbox, check with the listing agent to ensure you are within the timed access hours or if the Call Before Showing feature (CBS) is activated.

Cannot Perform an eSYNC

If you cannot perform an eSYNC:
  • Verify you have connected the cradle to an analog phone line.


  • Select ESYNC PHONE # to check the phone number that is programmed into the key. Be sure to include all dialing prefixes, such as 1 for long distance or 9 for an outside line. Call Supra Support at 877/699-6787 for the correct eSYNC phone number for your area.


  • Reset the Display Key cradle (see below).

Resetting Display Key Cradle

A tiny opening on the back of the cradle, next to the telephone ports, houses the reset switch. If you place your key on the cradle and no lights illuminate on the cradle, this indicates the cradle has become locked and will not function. Select one of the following methods to reset the Display Key cradle.
  • Unplug the cradle's power cord from the wall outlet. Wait 10 seconds, and then plug the cord back into the outlet.


  • Insert one end of a paper clip into the reset opening and press the reset switch inside to reactivate the Cradle.

Translating Error Codes:

The error codes for DisplayKEYS indicate that there are problems with syncing. Some common problems and solutions are as follows:

    01 -- Login error; perform immediate eSYNC

    02 -- Key inactive in KIM database; Call ABoR

    03 -- No carrier; try eSYNC again

    04 -- Modem error; reset cradle

    05 -- Check eSYNC phone number

    06 -- No dial tone; check phone line

    07 -- Phone line busy; try eSYNC again

    08 -- No answer; try eSYNC again

    09 -- eSYNC did not complete; try again
