As a RealtyTrac subscriber, you will gain full access to data on pre-foreclosure, auction and bank-owned properties, as well as foreclosure training, short sale listing leads, personalized customer service and more. Subscriptions cost $19.95 per month, discounted from the normal rate of $59.95. Interested parties can sign up online.
