Status Update on the MLS Conversion

 

The Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR) has authorized the President & CEO to pursue contract negotiations with dynaConnections for the connectMLS product. A final decision regarding selection of an MLS system will be announced pending successful contract negotiations.

As the MLS Vendor Review is drawing to a close, we would like to extend a tremendous thanks to everyone who participated in this vital Association decision. Nearly 880 members submitted survey input, and over 1,000 members attended a product demonstration. With the help of dedicated members like you, a number of generous associations, title companies and brokerages, as well as the ACTRIS Advisory Committee, we are confident that the final decision will reflect the membership’s needs.
