National Night Out (NNO) is a unique event designed to strengthen communities and prevent crime. It has proven to be an effective program to promote relationships between neighbors and local law enforcement.
The night is a great way to bond with neighbors and show your support for each other to make your neighborhood a better place.
Join in this great cause and make an impact not only in your area, but nationwide.

When people know their neighbors and everyone is watching out for each other, they are less afraid of crime and feel better about where they live.
Cohesive, healthy neighborhoods are key to preventing crime and violence. When neighbors know each other, they feel more empowered to watch out for each other, and report crime and suspicious behavior throughout the year.
All NNO events are organized by volunteers. Most are small, involving one to three blocks. NNO is a perfect time for neighbors, new and old, to get to know each other better. The comments from NNO organizers show what a positive experience this event can be.
