Comments regarding changes should be submitted by July 7 to TAR’s associate counsel Gabe Lopez at glopez@texasrealtors.com.

The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) has proposed revisions to 11 of its forms. Drafts of the revised forms are available here. Submit comments on these revisions to TREC’s general counsel at draft-contracts@trec.state.tx.us.

Call for Committee Volunteers to Begin July 1

Starting on July 1, ABOR will be accepting requests for 2009 committee assignments. Click here for a nomination form. Interested members should click here to review the list of committees. Even members currently acting on a committee must complete the nomination form to be placed on a 2009 committee. All committee members must have valid e-mail addresses. Deadline for submitting a committee nomination form is August 31. For more information, contact the Executive Department.
