Flock to the Forum for Affordability Facts
If you want to better understand the City of Austin’s Point of Sale proposal, join representatives from ABoR and the Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR) for the Government Affairs Forum: An Overview of the City of Austin’s Energy Efficiency Program for Single-Family Homes on Tuesday, November 18 at 2 p.m. in the ABoR Auditorium.
Charles Porter, ABoR’s immediate past chairman and a member of the city’s Energy Efficiency Upgrades Task Force, will discuss the history of the Point of Sale proposal and its current status. Craig Chick, director of political affairs for TAR, will explain how the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and TAR helped fund the impactive Keep Austin Affordable campaign. Government Affairs staff will also be on hand to field your questions.
The forum is free to ABoR members, but advance RSVP is required. For more information on this event, contact Emily Chenevert.

Concrete Solutions for Virtual Tours
If you are looking for an affordable virtual tour solution, Property Panorama has the solution. For just $5 per listing, Property Panorama helps you create and distribute virtual tours. Each tour includes options for creating podcast tours, video tours and mobile media tours, as well as a lead capture system.
Because the program is integrated with the MLS system, links to both branded and unbranded tours are automatically uploaded to your listings in MLXchange. Tours may also be sent to YouTube, AOL Video, Trulia, Google Video, and Realtor.com.
