ABoR Foundation Seeks Barton Creek Listings for June Property Tour

If you are looking for a new outlet to showcase your Barton Creek listing, consider participating in the ABoR Foundation’s upcoming Barton Creek Tour of Homes, scheduled for Thursday, June 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.  The ABoR Foundation’s property tours are a fun way to increase the visibility of your listing while benefiting a worthy cause.

 

To be considered for the property tour, all homes must have a list price of over $1 million.  Additionally, the seller and listing agent must execute a release of liability form and allow a caterer to serve food and beverages in the home.  A participation fee of $500, to be paid by the listing agent, is required to cover advertising and catering expenses for the event.  All submissions must be received by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15.  For more information, contact Laura Pagnozzi at 512/329-5299. 

 

Tee Up for the TREPAC Golf Tourney

Registration is now underway for the popular Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee (TREPAC) Golf Tournament. Hit the green to support your industry on Friday, May 1 at the Falconhead Golf Course, located at 15201 Falconhead Blvd. in south Austin. With a registration fee of only $99 per player, this event is sure to sell out, so reserve your space today!

 

The event begins at 10 a.m. with check-in and practice, followed by lunch at 11 a.m. and a shotgun start to the tournament at 12:30 p.m. Be sure to stay for dinner and the awards ceremony at 5:30 p.m. Non-golfers may attend the dinner and awards ceremony for $25.
