Judith Bundschuh, 2011 Chairman of the BoardJudith has been a licensed real estate broker for more than 10 years. She holds degrees in Accounting (BBA) and Economics (BA) from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. Judith has been active in our Association through her participation on the Political Action Committee, which she chaired in 2004-2005, and through her service on the ACTRIS Advisory Committee and the ABoR Foundation. At the state level, Judith has actively served as a member of the Government Affairs Committee, the Texas Association of REALTORS®’ (TAR) Education Management Team, 2006-2007 Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee (TREPAC) Trustee and Region 15 Political Involvement Council member. Judith was also appointed by TAR Chairman-elect Bill Jones to serve on the Executive Board at TAR for 2010. |

Leonard Guerrero, 2011 Chairman-elect of the BoardLeonard is an Assistant Manager at the J.B. Goodwin, REALTORS® Northwest office. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, a graduate of the ABoR Leadership Academy and holds the ABR and TRLP designations. Leonard has been actively involved with ABoR since 1997, serving on the Realty Round Up, Grievance, Professional Standards, Community Service, Most Worthy Citizen, Installation and Awards, ACTRIS and ABoR’s Strategic Planning Committees. Additionally, he is currently a Director for the ABoR Foundation. At the state level, Leonard serves as a Director of the Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR). Leonard has been active in helping gather various resources from his brokerage and ABoR for the annual Coats For Kids program sponsored by the Junior League of Austin. |

Matt Maire, President & CEOBefore joining the Austin Board of REALTORS®, Matthew W. Maire led the Collin County Association of REALTORS® (CCAR) in Plano, Texas since 2008. Maire holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from Hope College, the Certified Association Executive (CAE) and REALTOR® Certified Executive (RCE) designation, and he is a graduate of the Texas REALTOR® Leadership Program. Prior to his time in Plano, Maire served as CEO of the Greater Kalamazoo Association of REALTORS® in Michigan. During his tenure at CCAR, Maire also served as President of CCAR’s Association Technology Services (ATS), the for-profit subsidiary of CCAR that develops programs that provide members with both MLS and non-MLS related services to help their real estate businesses succeed. He worked in concert with other REALTOR® associations within the North-Texas region to continue to foster positive relationships for growth and cooperation. Maire has advocated issues relevant to REALTORS® and homeowners, ranging from private property rights to governmental entities on the local, state and national level. |
