ABoR SEEKS NOMINATIONS FOR INDUSTRY AWARDS
The nominating categories are: Affiliate of the Year; the Cultural Awareness Award; the REALTORŪ Community Service Award; REALTORŪ of the Year; Rookie of the Year; and Salesperson of the Year. Category descriptions follow:
Affiliate of the Year
An award given to an ABoR Affiliate member who has been a proactive business partner to the association and a leader in the Austin community.
Cultural Awareness Award
An award given to an ABoR member who has demonstrated a keen interest in promoting cultural awareness on the local, state and national levels.
REALTORŪ Community Service Award
An award given to an ABoR member who has actively improved the Austin-area community through a commitment to volunteer service.
REALTORŪ of the Year
An award given to an ABoR member who has worked tirelessly on the local, state and national levels to improve the real estate profession. Note: The sitting ABoR Chairman of the Board is ineligible for this award.
Rookie of the Year
An award given to a REALTORŪ with no more than 18 months experience who has shown productive promise and has demonstrated commitment to the local, state and national associations.
Salesperson of the Year
An award given to an ABoR member who met success in both personal production and educational achievements. This honoree should also be active in the local, state and national REALTORŪ associations.
