ABoR HOSTS REALTOR® NIGHT AT THE BALLPARK

July 5, 2005 - Get your cap and glove ready - the Austin Board of REALTORS® is hosting a REALTOR® Night at the Ballpark. On August 2, 2005, the ABoR Board of Directors invites all association members and their families to watch the Round Rock Express take on the Salt Lake Stingers. "It is important to hold events for our members that give them a chance to interact with one another in a relaxed setting," ABoR Chairman Roger Sturgell said. "After all, our business is all about relationships. REALTOR® Night at the Ballpark is one venue that will accomplish our goal of fostering agent relationships."

The Dell Diamond - the home of the Express - is the perfect location for casual networking and family fun. While the adults mingle, children can explore a number of professionally supervised attractions inside the park, including a basketball court, a climbing wall and the Speed Pitch, a game where they can test their throwing arms against the Express pitching staff. Children under age 10 can also partake in the fun - the park boasts several slides and an inflated moonwalk.

Tickets cost $10 each, and must be purchased in advance at www.abor.com, at the REALTOR® store in Quarry Oaks Atrium or by calling Michelle Fajkus at 512/454-7636, ext. 1302. The ticket price includes a box seat, hamburgers and hot dogs and two drink tickets (redeemable for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages). Please join us from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the park's United Heritage Center for some good food and great company. The game starts at 7:05 p.m. The Dell Diamond is located at 3400 E.
