SEARCH IS UNDERWAY FOR AUSTIN BOARD OF REALTORS® 2005 MOST WORTHY CITIZEN

February 2, 2005 - The Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR) is now accepting nominations for its annual Most Worthy Citizen Award. Since 1949, ABoR has bestowed this honor upon exemplary Austinites who have dedicated themselves to bettering their community. Past recipients of this prestigious award include Neal Spelce, Alfred A. King, Dr. Patricia Hayes, Cactus Pryor and Ada Collins Anderson.

ABoR is asking for your help in finding deserving candidates for the 2005 Most Worthy Citizen Award. If you know an individual who has put a great amount of time and effort into working for the Austin community, be sure to nominate that person for this distinguished honor. ABoR is looking forward to your nominations.

Nomination forms are currently available at the Austin Board of REALTORS®, located at 10900 Stonelake Blvd., Austin, TX 78759, or online at Abor.com. All nomination forms must be submitted to the ABoR office by Friday, March 11, 2005. The recipient of the Most Worthy Citizen Award for 2004 will be honored at a luncheon at the Renaissance Austin Hotel on April 14, 2005 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. In addition, $500 will be donated to the winner's non-profit organization of choice.
