MarketMetrics Delivers Location-Specific Housing Statistics
July 15, 2008 - Central Texas REALTORS® will soon harvest housing statistics for specific
property areas using Clarus® MarketMetrics, a free Web application which will become available
to Austin Board of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) subscribers August 1.
MarketMetrics allows MLS subscribers to easily extract real-time market trend and pricing information
by ZIP code, subdivision, MLS area and more. The “Market Dynamics” option produces
a snapshot of current market conditions within the search criteria, while the “Price Analysis”
option shows the availability of properties within a client’s price range. Results are presented in
graphs that would be an ideal addition to Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports.
