Sponsorships Available for 2009 Installation Gala
September 15, 2008 - Boost the visibility of your business by sponsoring ABoR’s upcoming Installation
and Awards Gala. This highly anticipated event, themed “Cultures United,” will be held on Friday,
December 5 from 6 p.m. to midnight at the Renaissance Austin Hotel, located at 9721 Arboretum
Blvd., Austin, Texas 78759.
A number of sponsorship opportunities are available for this event, making it a great advertising choice
for businesses of all sizes. Choose from one of the following packages:
- Mega Sponsor ($6,000) — Includes reserved table, eight tickets, recognition in event program, company name and logo projected on two video screens, name in bold at top of sponsor list, recognition at event by emcee and inclusion in Installation advertisements.
- Centerpiece Sponsor ($5,000) — Includes reserved table, eight tickets, recognition in event program, company name projected on two video screens, company name on all centerpieces, recognition at event by emcee and inclusion in Installation advertisements.
- Platinum Sponsor ($3,000) — Includes reserved table, eight tickets, recognition in event program, company name projected on two video screens, recognition at event by emcee and inclusion in Installation advertisements.
- Gold Sponsor ($1,500) — Includes four tickets, recognition in event program, company name projected on two video screens and inclusion in Installation advertisements.
- Silver Sponsor ($750) — Includes three tickets, recognition in event program, company name projected on two video screens and inclusion in Installation advertisements.
- Bronze Sponsor ($300) — Includes two tickets, recognition in event program and inclusion in Installation advertisements.
