REALTOR® Installation and Awards Gala Sponsorships Available

Austin Board of REALTORS® Celebration Set for December 11, 2009

September 15, 2009 - Shine the spotlight on your business by sponsoring the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR) Installation and Awards Gala on December 11, 2009 from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. at the Austin Renaissance Hotel. Themed “Celebrating You,” this year’s event is expected to draw 500 attendees for a fun-filled evening celebrating the real estate community, honoring ABoR’s incoming Board of Directors and Industry Award winners and culminating in a wonderful surprise for guests.

A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available, making the event an excellent venue for advertising your business. Sponsorships packages range from $300 to $6,000 and include the following:

• Grand Sponsor ($6,000; only one Grand sponsorship available) – Includes a reserved table with eight complimentary tickets, recognition in the event program, company name and logo projected on both video screens, name in bold letters at top of sponsor list, recognition at the event by emcee and inclusion in advertisements prior to event.

 

• Centerpiece Sponsor ($5,000; only one Centerpiece sponsorship available) – Includes a reserved table with eight complimentary tickets, recognition in the event program, company name displayed on both video screens, recognition at the event by emcee and inclusion in advertisements prior to the event. Each centerpiece will be labeled “Centerpiece Courtesy of” with the sponsor’s name.

 

• Platinum Sponsor ($5,000; five Platinum sponsorships available) – Includes a reserved table with eight complimentary tickets, recognition in the event program, company name displayed on both video screens, recognition at event by emcee and inclusion in advertisements prior to the event.

 

• Gold Sponsor ($2,000; six Gold sponsorships available) – Includes four complimentary tickets, recognition in the event program, company name displayed on both video screens and inclusion in advertisements prior to the event.

 

• Silver Sponsor ($750; ten Silver sponsorships available) – Includes three complimentary tickets, recognition in the event program, company name displayed on both video screens and inclusion in advertisements prior to the event.

 

• Bronze Sponsor ($300; 15 Bronze sponsorships available) – Includes two complimentary tickets, recognition in the event program and inclusion in advertisements prior to the event.
