March Heats Up with TREPAC Chili Cook-Off
January 29, 2009 - Spice up your life with the second annual TREPAC Chili Cook-Off, scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the ABoR Auditorium. This event lets you showcase your best chili recipe while defending your industry with a meaty TREPAC investment.
Entries will be judged on both vegetarian and meat categories. The chili which receives the most votes will receive the illustrious “People’s Choice” award.
For just $99, you can register a team of two in the chili cook-off contest. ABoR will provide each team with a table, dishes and silverware. Contestants should bring ready-to-serve chili and any table decorations they wish to use.
If cooking isn’t your thing, you can still lend your support to TREPAC. A $25 ticket allows you to sample all the entries and vote for your favorite.
