MLS System Demonstrations Coming to a Location Near You

The ACTRIS Advisory Committee is excited to invite you to a preview of three MLS systems being considered for our membership! Sign up today to view each system’s functionality and modern business tools side-by-side, meet with the vendors and share your feedback about each platform. Product demonstrations will be held from January 30 – February 3 at the following locations:

  • Austin Board of REALTORS®;

  • ABoR’s south Austin training center at the Wyndham Garden Hotel; and

  • Williamson County Association of REALTORS®.

Green MLS Data Offers New Ways to Promote Your Listings

Recent NAR research indicates that 43 percent of buyers in our region consider heating and cooling costs to be “very important,” while 87 percent of home buyers consider these factors to be “at least ‘somewhat’ important.” Market your listing’s energy-efficient property features to these potential buyers by using new green MLS data fields. Realist 2.0: Reliable Tax Data and Property-centric Property Information

You now have access to the next generation tax system, Realist 2.0 (beta), through MLXchange and Fusion. View MLS data and tax information side-by-side for a dynamic new way to look at the real estate market. Realist 2.0 mapping tools are completely integrated with searching and provide some great features, including:

  • simultaneous display of MLS listings, sales, foreclosures, points of interest, property information and boundaries;

  • estimated lot dimensions, even for rural properties; and

  • market trends.
