No, not to Mordor, but open them to better communication with your clients. Let’s be frank: when your clients have something to say, you want to hear it. With Matrix 7.0 and the new Client Portal, leaving Property Notes on a listing has never been easier. Do you hear what we’re saying?

“Notes for you and your agent”

From a listing’s Property Details, there’s a box labeled, “Notes for you and your agent.” What’s in the box? A place to leave notes about a specific listing. When a user adds a note to this box, it will appear as a notification in the other participant’s Messages menu. Here’s a step-by-step example of a conversation unfolding:

  1. Your client leaves a message in the “Notes for you and your agent” box

  1. You, as the agent, will see a notification appear on your Messages menu; click the Message menu and select the Property Notes tab
  2. Click Add Note to respond; a pop up window for your message will appear

  1. When you add your comment, the client will see the comment appear in the “Notes for you and your agent” box on a listing AND have a notification on their Messages menu.
