Only licensed agents who are members of NAR and subscribe to the Code of Ethics may use the term REALTOR®.

REALTOR® should be written in upper case letters and with the "®" symbol.

Use the trademark in conjunction with, but not as a part of, an assumed business name or logo.

The registered symbol should be adjacent to all marks in all advertisements, signs, business cards, letterheads, etc.
