ABoR listened to the members. In the next MarketLinx upgrade to 4.0 are
some features members were requesting before Tempo went away for good.
MLXchange will be upgraded on Nov 6th to include the following:

  1. Upgraded mapping - the maps will be changed to Virtual Earth.
    Enhancements include large maps with Street, Aerial, Hybrid
    and Birds-eye views.

  2. The My Sidebar from Tempo will be added so that your links will
    be available from every page within MLXchange. You will also
    have the ability to have up to 400 links.

  3. A "Quick" CMA will be available like the Tempo CMA Report. This will
    provide the ability to run this for up to 5,000 listings rather than
    the 250 Tempo limit.

  4. Additional Search operators for dates: Last 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 days and
    Last 6, 9 months, etc.

  5. Drag & Drop columns on the results grid.

  6. List Price Decrease/Increase Arrows on the results grid.

  7. Reverse Prospecting with the Agent Web page
