Search Criteria
On top of being able to search for properties based on criteria, such as address, city, zip code or subdivision, you can also enter the name of a school district or the listing ID (MLS number) to pare down your search results and dig into the data.
Interactive Map
Thanks to Google Maps, you can also narrow your search simply by drawing a shape to pinpoint a specific area on the map. What’s more, you can include terrain, add labels, or even switch to the Satellite view to really get the lay of the land.
Other Features
Under the “More” dropdown on the search page, you can now easily search for open houses, including virtual tours being offered by REALTORS®, as well as single-level only residences, waterfront properties, or homes with swimming pools.

It’s true you can find open houses under “Other Features,” but if you’re in a hurry, you can always go straight to the Open Houses section on the search page to quickly track down open houses being hosted throughout the Austin-Round Rock MSA.
New on the Market
From the main Property Search page, scroll down to find a section specifically designed to showcase the latest listings on the market. Click the “Find a Home” button to see the number of new listings in a particular region on the map.
