Realty Round Up plans are officially underway! Registration is now open for the largest real estate trade show of its kind, and we’re pulling out all the stops to make this the best event yet for Central Texas REALTORS®.

This year’s event theme "Game On,” is sure to bring together all of the players of the Austin-area real estate community. Expect numerous opportunities for networking, inspiring and educational sessions to give you the tools you need for success, and the most fun you've had all year at a REALTOR®-related event.

The Agent Investor session provides a basic understanding of real estate investing for the agent in creating a personal portfolio as well as working with residential real estate investor clients. Attendees will gain an understanding of why real estate is a powerful investment tool and will be able to compare it against other investment vehicles. Attendees will also learn the elements of value to the investor; long-term vs short-term, appreciation, tax depreciation.
