What is ANSI? Understanding Measuring & Square Footage

What is ANSI? The standard, which is used by many professions, including appraisers, describes the procedures to be followed when measuring and calculating the square footage of detached and attached single-family homes. This course will allow real estate license holders to share and explain to their clients how the size of their property is determined. Examples of different scenarios will be provided.

Risky Business: Strategies to Avoid and Minimize Risk

The purpose of this course is to introduce students to pertinent sections of the Texas Real Estate License Act and the Real Estate Rules as they pertain to a licensee's responsibilities.
