Most agents have some experience with estimating the price of a property. When the properties have unique features or are in unique areas, estimating market value is more difficult. This class will assist real estate license holders in learning about paired sales analysis, cost estimating, and other methods for arriving at values. It will also help license holders become more comfortable with the overall process, how to adjust, and where to go for more information on adjustments. Time will be spent on completing a CMA of a unique property and discussing possible outcomes. The class will provide a hands-on experience in preparing a unique CMA and where to find information that can be used in day-to-day scenarios, which will better assist their clients.
