This course teaches everything a REALTOR needs to know to be an educated client advisor. You will learn how to understand the statistics of homeownership among the Baby Boomer and Senior age demographics and gain knowledge of the various Reverse Mortgage Home Equity products available and how their utilization can be used to refinance to age in place or to “right size” and purchase a new home. You will also discover important information on what you need to know about taking a listing that has a Reverse Mortgage lien on it and how to advise the family.
