When push [notification] comes to shove, sometimes you just don’t need all of the emails and alerts that Homesnap offers. So we’re here to help!

To enhance your Homesnap experience, here’s how you can customize your email and push notification settings within the Homesnap app!

How to Edit Your Homesnap Notifications

On the Homesnap app (Apple | Android):

  1. Go to your Profile tab
  2. Select the "gear" settings icon
  3. Select "Notifications"
  4. Select your preferences

           

And on the Homesnap.com website (desktop)

  1. Click "Me" in the top right corner
  2. Select "Notifications" from the drop-down menu
  3. Select your preferences
  4. Click "Save Changes"

Notification Options

  • Homesnap
    • Private messages from agents or clients (Email and Push)
    • Property Alerts: Real-time updates about the homes you've saved (Email)
    • MLS Listing Alerts: Saved search alerts from MLS sent by Homesnap (Email)
  • Homesnap Pro
    • News Feed: Agent-only listing news and alerts (Weekly/Monthly email and Push)
    • New Lead: Real-time lead notifications (Email)
    • New Client: Find out when a client accepts your invite (Email)
  • Homesnap Pro Ads
    • Ad Proofs: Preview your personalized ad campaign graphics (Email and Push)
    • Facebook Comments: New comment alerts from your Facebook ads (Email)
  • Homesnap Marketing
    • Flash Sales: Limited-time deals and discounts (Email)
    • Homesnap Pro Newsletter: Latest news coming out of Homesnap (Email)
    • Product Announcements: Be first to hear what's new (Email and Push)
    • Exclusive Invitations: Invitations to exclusive events (Email)
