I have a new phone. How do I activate my eKEY?

If you have a new phone and need your eKEY activation code, do the following:

  1. Log into your ACTRIS MLS Dashboard.
  2. From the Dashboard, click on the Supra button (supra)
    • This will open up your SupraWEB portal
  3. You will need your eKEY serial number* and PIN to login
    • If you don't remember your serial number or PIN, call Supra Support at 877-699-6787
  4. Once logged into SupraWEB, you will see "Authorization Code" under Quick Links.
  5. Enter the 30-digit code into your Supra eKEY app to activate your eKEY.

*The serial number is listed at the top of the screen once logged into the eKEY app; write down and save this serial number to save you time in the future!
