In 2008 Josh began working full time in real estate and within his first two years became a top producer. He spent much of his first year in the business taking as many classes as he could to learn the real estate business as well as he could. Josh took all that he learned from the business and the classes he had taken and created his first state approved educational class: The Accredited Closing Expert (ACE) 2-day course. Since then, he has become a national speaker and has written multiple very popular classes in the ACE family of courses. His teaching focuses on the real-world skills that agents need to be true advocates and trusted resources for their customers. Josh’s goal with all of his courses is to not waste agents time, while teaching them to take their business personally, and to the next level. He believes in counting success not in paychecks received but in satisfied customers that won’t do business with anyone else.

Josh currently owns and operates several businesses including a real estate investment fund, property management company, general contracting company, and teaches nationally. Josh is also the author of The Roadmap to the American Dream, a simple guide that explains how investing works. Josh also owns a large portfolio of properties all over Florida and is constantly trying to buy more.
