ABoR Mastermind Program

The ABoR Academy is proud to present our ABoR Mastermind Program, a three-session, three-month program that brings laser focus to increasing agent production. Created by industry thought leaders T3 Sixty, the ABoR Mastermind Program will show you proven business strategies for defining your niche, building your sphere, and determining your primary market.

The ABoR Mastermind Program is $99 for all three modules. You'll want to sign up quickly for this one; only 100 spots are available!

How Mastermind Groups Work

ABoR Mastermind Groups will be offered at all three locations. Comprised of a small group of REALTORS® with a variety of expertise and experiences, your Mastermind Group will serve as your sounding board and provide accountability to take action on what's learned in each module.

Each Mastermind Group will meet monthly in February, March, and April for a 90-minute session. Register for one of the groups below:

ABoR South Mastermind Group | February 24, March 23, April 13

ABoR North Mastermind Group | February 25, March 24, April 14

*ABoR will contact you directly following your registration to let you know which 90-minute time slot you have been assigned. Please block 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for each meeting day until ABoR reaches out with your confirmed 90-minute time slot.

Mastermind Course Modules

Module One: Agent Archetypes

Most agents are trying to be “a little bit of everything.” Not only is this a sure path to frustration and but it’s also a drain on precious resources like time and money. The reality is there is no “one size fits all” business solution for everyone. What works and brings success for one agent may not necessarily work as well for another. Here, you'll learn which path works best for you.

Module Two: Sphere Marketing

Learn how to develop and leverage your sphere. If you don't know what your "sphere" is, it's the network of who you know! And sphere marketing is leveraging that network to source leads and build relationships. Here, you'll develop a plan for generating business that leverages content marketing, branded materials, and broker support such as staff or service providers.

Module Three: Primary Markets

Not only do most agents try to be “a little bit of everything,” they try to do business "a little bit of everywhere"! The reality is that it's not possible to be an expert on every local market, and choosing your primary market is a critical step to true business growth. Here, you'll learn how to define your primary market(s) and how best to serve them.
