ABoR.com Top 10: MLS & Member Resources

Gone are the days of clicking through dozens of pages on our website only to throw up your hands in frustration. In your feedback, you were loud and clear that the new ABoR.com needed to have critical information on fewer, well-organized pages, so that you could get what you needed and get back to business, fast. And we delivered!

Nowhere is this more evident than our MLS Resources and REALTOR® Resources pages. These members-only information centers house need-to-know guidelines, tips, and resources for ACTRIS subscribers and ABoR members.

MLS RESOURCES

Our MLS Resources have been organized so that subscribers have quick, easy access to the tools they need. We recommend bookmarking the pages you visit most for easier access.

MLS Rules

As you might have guessed, this is where you can find our MLS Rules and Regulations, which help us maintain our position as the market’s most complete, accurate, and up-to-date data listing information service. But this page covers more than just the rules. It’s also where you can report MLS violations and learn about how ACTRIS violations are resolved by our MLS team.

MLS Knowledge Center

Looking to brush up on the latest MLS updates? You’ve come to the right place. Bookmark the MLS Knowledge Center your go-to destination for updates and training materials. This page now houses all your must-haves, including contact information for MLS support and Content Licensing. From MLS Quick Tip videos to handy downloadable content, such as our MLS Product Comparison Guide and Glossary of Terms, you’ll find the latest MLS news and updates here.

Protect Your Photography

Remember that loooong page we had before that covered our ACTRIS Verified MLS Photography Partner Program? Well, now it lives here in a condensed form. Our subscribers can come to this page to learn about photography best practices and copyright laws, as well as how to find an ACTRIS verified partner. You’ll also find a list of Program FAQs here, too. And if you want to submit your photographer to get verified, just email support@abor.com.

Distribute Your Listings

All that unparalleled market data has to flow somewhere, right? Visit this page to learn about your listing syndication options, including how to syndicate a listing in the MLS and to learn about our ACTRIS Data Distribution Policy.

MLS Coverage Area

The title of the page says it all: “From Bastrop to Williamson Counties, ACTRIS has Central Texas Covered.” Just like our previous Maps & Boundaries page, the MLS Coverage Area page is where you can find area maps, a list of counties our MLS area covers, and regional and boundary descriptions for the ACTRIS area.

MLS Support

Last but definitely not least, the MLS Support page is where you can go to find contact information and support hours for Matrix, as well as every support line and email you’ll need to contact our ABoR/ACTRIS product vendors. This includes Builders Update, Homesnap, Remine, Supra, and MORE! If you need help, then we’ve got you covered with our MLS Support page.

REALTOR® RESOURCES

We have your burning questions covered with these four tiles under REALTOR® Resources. Make this the first place you stop for your Association needs.

Our members serve as a living representation of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. Under REALTOR® Integrity, we’ve provided information about these professional standards, and the Fair Housing Act, in addition to steps you can take to develop your professionalism in this industry. We also have useful links to legal and ethics resources.

Advertising Guidelines

We curated the TREC, NAR, HUD, and Texas REALTORS® rules and FAQs on branding and advertising on just one page. Additionally, this is where you’ll find our logo and directions on how to use it.

File a Complaint

If you feel that you have been treated unfairly while doing business, you may choose to file a complaint with either Texas REALTORS® or the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). This page breaks down what you need to know before filing a complaint, how to file a complaint, and the Texas REALTORS® grievance process.

We know it can take time to get familiar with a new website, but we know that once you’ve learned to navigate the new ABoR.com, you’ll come to love and appreciate it as much as we do.
