Brian Talley

Elected Terms: 2018-2020; 2021-2023

Brian Talley is a fifth-generation Texan and the founder of boutique local brokerage, Regent Property Group, where he manages a team of independent real estate agents. Brian’s experience selling homes in the Austin area earned him the Austin Business Journal Top 25 Residential Real Estate Award and the Platinum Top 50 award. Brian’s philosophy utilizes many paths to success, including genuinely caring for others and building deep community connections.

Brian is a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program and volunteers with the ABoR Budget Committee and the City of Austin Commissioner’s Building and Standards Commission. He has served as an ABoR Director intermittently since 2017 and on the ACTRIS Advisory Committee, Syndication Task Force, Nomination PAG, and AustinHomeSearch.com Task Force.

Brian was a board member-elect on the Ridge at Lantana Homeowners’ Association from 2009 to 2014 and more recently, has served as a board member for The Creek at Riverbend Homeowners’ Association.
