Kendred Manceaux

Elected Term: 2020-2022

Kendred is an Associated Broker-Productivity Coach at the Austin Southwest Market Center with Keller Williams Realty. He and his wife have lived in Austin since 1990 and have raised their two sons here during that time.

Before working in real estate, Kendred worked for the hotel, resort, and club industry, where he oversaw food, beverage, banquet, meeting, and restaurant operations for over a decade. He and his wife began investing in real estate two decades ago, and decided the timing was right for him to shift careers. Kendred became a licensed REALTOR® and has been licensed in Texas since 2001.

Kendred started his own brokerage after getting his broker’s license in 2004. He joined forces with Keller Williams Realty in 2011. Being with the firm has allowed Kendred to multiply his level of production and service to his clients. He served on the Agent Leadership Council at his Keller Williams Market Center, where he earned the Eagle Award in 2014. He started his coaching journey in 2016 and has worked with over 150 agents. He also has a team that helps families sell, buy, or invest in real estate around Austin.

In addition to being passionate about teaching others, Kendred loves learning. He plays the guitar and wants to learn how to play the violin. He also makes an excellent gumbo.
