Kevin P. Scanlan

Elected Term: 2016-2018

Kevin has been active with ABoR since 2006 when he served as an ACTRIS MLS Director, and also as a Chair in 2009. He has served on many committees in the span of a decade including the Bylaws, Investment, and Audit committees, and has provided services in work groups such as the RPR Focus Group, Board of Directors Policy Work Group, Fusion/MLS Task Force, and Strategic Planning. Kevin has served on the ABoR Board of Directors since 2016, most recently as Secretary/Treasurer for the Board in 2018 and President in 2019.

Kevin received a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Texas at Austin and has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2000. Kevin is a broker/owner of All City Real Estate, the fastest-growing brokerage in Texas. In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his two boys, Joseph and Jake. He also loves to play softball, basketball, and golf.
