The KEY to Understanding SupraWEB
Many agents are still learning the ins and outs of their Supra eKEY, and with so many updates to industry technology, it can be hard to keep up. Understanding your key is critical to your success, though, and that's why we're here to help you navigate your services and learn how to get the most of out of your SupraWeb account.
Did you know that your Supra eKEY does not require a data connection in order to access lockboxes, or that you can add lockboxes to your inventory by simply unlocking the shackle? Maybe you didn't know that you could adjust the timed access on your lockboxes in your app settings. If not, that's okay! The first step is familiarizing yourself with all that Supra has to offer.
Updating Your eKEY
Now, your Supra key uses Bluetooth to connect to lockboxes, but it's a good rule of thumb to pull your app up in the morning and hit Update when you have a strong WiFi connection. Make it as routine as you brushing your teeth and washing your face! This is highly recommended if you know you'll be out and about using your key later in the day. Updating your key prevents issues from arising later when you're standing outside of a property.
But, what if you need to manually update your key when you have a client waiting? Simple! SupraWEB has all that you need.
Control Your Destiny with SupraWEB
To get started, you'll want to login to your ACTRIS Dashboard. Simply go to ABoR.com and click on the Access MLS link at the top right of the page. This will take you to your MLS Dashboard where you'll find the Supra icon.
Click the "S" icon to hop on to SupraWEB and login to your Supra account. The first time you log into your SupraWEB account, all you'll need is your key serial number, your four-digit PIN code, and your Association/MLS (TX - Austin BOR). If you're not sure where to find the serial number for your key, open your eKEY app and look for the eKEY Basic, seven-digit number displayed at the top of your screen.
Once logged in, you will find a Showings Dashboard with a tab for all listings that already have lockboxes attached to them, reports, settings, as well as support. If you haven't already, you may want to have email updates sent to you when someone accesses one of your lockboxes: go to Settings and adjust the account settings in your profile.
Grab Your Own Authorization Code
Additionally, a Quick Links box can be found on the left-side of your page. Here, you can obtain a new Update Code or Authorization Code, add a keybox to your inventory, or even change your PIN. The Quick Links box is quite literally the KEY to unlocking the many options available to you, as you can use it to get the same information you're used to calling ABoR for.
Remember that ABoR Member Services is available to help troubleshoot issues with your Supra eKEY Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If ever you need assistance on the weekend, just call the Supra support number (1-877-699-6787) and Supra can patch you through to our on-call Member Advocate.
