The ABoR Foundation is proud to support the Central Texas community through our annual Scholarship Program. Since 1978, the ABoR Foundation has awarded more than 450 scholarships, including more than $300,000 in scholarships in the last five years alone.
Due to the recent winter storms, the application deadline for our 2021 Scholarship Program has been extended through March 12, 2021.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Applicant must reside in one of ABoR’s 18-county MLS service areas
- Applicant must be a spring 2021 graduating senior
- Applicant must be planning to attend a Texas college, university or accredited technical or trade school in Fall 2021
Scholarship Details:
- One-time $2,000 scholarship award
- Scholarship finalists must participate in a mandatory panel-style interview in April 2021. Interviews are scheduled in 15-minute increments and may or may not be held virtually
- Scholarship recipients will be notified by email by May 7, 2021
Past scholarship recipients attending a Texas university, college, or trade school can also apply for the ABoR Foundation Alumni Scholarship, which is also a one-time $2,000 scholarship award.
