Contract Contingencies for Homebuyers

The goal of this course is to provide insight about the types of contract contingencies for homebuyers. The course will review what market considerations an agent should understand when writing contingency contracts. Monetary, inspection, and health-related types of contingencies and the applicable contract/addenda will be reviewed.
