The state of the economy has led many real estate licensees to turn to property management as an income source. If you’re among that group, it’s important that you become knowledgeable about the laws and duties imposed on property managers and leasing agents. This class will analyze and interpret factors impacting local rents, define owner objectives and the development of effective owner communications. The class will also cover how to properly complete and present the TR Residential Lease application. You will learn the core competencies needed for your role and responsibilities as a property manager or leasing agent, and the legal boundaries that govern those duties.
