Tenant and Owner Relations (TRPM)

This course will examine those situations found in property management relationships between tenants and owners. The course will discuss possible interactions that may cause stress or failure of the tenant/owner relationship. Agents will be provided techniques useful to heal strained relationships and deliver the best outcome even if that means ending the relationship and doing it in a professional manner.
