Missing Your Code of Ethics Requirement?

Per NAR membership requirement, the deadline for all REALTORS® to complete the cycle 6 Code of Ethics (CoE) training is December 31, 2021. It is important to note, as of January 1, 2020, TREC Legal Update II no longer satisfies the Code of Ethics requirement. As a reminder, Code of Ethics is an NAR requirement and is separate from what TREC requires for license renewal.

Any ABoR member who does not complete the NAR required Code of Ethics training by December 31, 2021 will have their account suspended and will lose access to ABoR resources, including access to the MLS.
