Brandy Wuensch

Elected Term: 2021-2023

As a 4th generation Texas Mexican American, Brandy Wuensch was born and raised in Austin and became involved in real estate to help preserve and pass along what she loves about her native city. With nearly 20 years of real estate experience under her belt, she has acquired several designations and certifications, including Texas REALTORS^® Leadership Program, GREEN Designation, Accredited Buyers Representative, and At Home With Diversity. Her formal education includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Wuensch’s leadership experience began during her college years when she served in a supervising role for a Fortune 500 company. She has operated as the managing broker and sole owner of City View Realty Group for over 16 years. Wuensch is passionate about educating others about the importance of embracing diversity and change within our industry and our growing city. Having served on many committees at the local level, she has additional involvement at the state and national level with Texas REALTORS^® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Brandy’s most recent accolade includes her acceptance into the 2024 National Association of REALTORS^® Leadership Academy, which only has an annual program acceptance of 20 REALTORS^® nationwide.

As a veteran real estate agent, Wuensch hopes to reach more association members to help educate them about the revolving issues of real estate and the value and importance of volunteering and advocating at the local, state, and national levels within the industry.

When not practicing real estate, she actively volunteers her time with several local organizations. Outside of working and volunteering, Wuensch enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and her two young sons, Mason and Brayden. Other hobbies and passions include fitness training, cooking, wine tasting and traveling.
